The national servant is involved in any action that he has done or has to do in relation to his position or is concerned or is likely to be done or is related to the work of his office from such a person for himself or for someone else. If any goods or services are taken without obtaining the permission of the Government of Nepal, or any public organization, or if any goods or services are taken at a reduced price or if they agree to take them or engage in taking them, they will be imprisoned for six months to one year according to the amount of the offense and fined as per the above. If there is a fault in the service, fine will be imposed according to the fault.
