The Commission shall provide insurance for the officials, employees or teachers involved in the election work for accidents occurring during the election period. The sum insured of the insurance will be as specified by the commission.
(2) Government of Nepal shall provide insurance for security personnel involved in election work for accidents occurring during the election period. The sum assured of such insurance will be as specified by the Government of Nepal.
