: (1) Workers or employees who have completed one year of uninterrupted service in tea plantations will be entitled to sick leave with half pay up to 15 days in a year.
(2) In case of approving sick leave for more than three days of a worker or employee, the manager may ask him to submit a certificate from a doctor recognized by the Government of Nepal.
(3) If any worker or employee has to take leave due to sudden illness, he/she must inform the manager through the available speedy means.
