Birta land of category "B" which has not been registered in someone's name by the end of 2049, shall be registered only in the name of the person who earns the land. Section 7A. will be registered accordingly. After that period, the "B" category birta land will not be registered in the name of any birtawal and even if it is registered, it will not be recognized. But before the end of the year 2049, if there is a case pending in the court regarding conversion or registration as a raker, it will be according to the decision of the court and any farmer has been in continuous proceedings by converting his name to raker and registering it in his name or applying to the goods or goods office and the person who earns land has been converted into a raker and registered. If there is no application, it will be according to the decision of the goods or goods delivery office.
