(1) In connection with the investigation and investigation of the offence, the investigation officer shall send the details of the property or instrument seized or seized in accordance with Rule 5 to the office or department in the format as per Schedule-1.
(2) After receiving the statement from the investigating officer according to sub-rule (1), the office shall keep a record of it and send such statement to the department every month.
