Rule 34
Special leave
: (1) A permanent worker or employee who has no remaining leave can get special leave up to 30 days in a year if there is a reason for not taking leave due to special circumstances.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), workers or employees who are on special leave shall not receive salary for the period of such leave.
(3) The total period of special leave granted under this rule shall not exceed six months in the entire service period of the worker or employee.
