(1) The center may make the adoption of a real certificate or seed certification system in relation to the quality control of seeds.
(2) As per sub-rule (1), the seed levels shall be as follows:-
(a) Breeding seeds
(b) Source seed
(c) Level seed
(d) Advanced seeds
(3) According to the seed certification system as per sub-rule (1), the seed levels shall be as follows:-
(a) Breeding seeds
(b) Original seed
(c) Certified Seed
(d) Advanced seeds
(4) The term of quality controlled seed sowing shall be as follows:-
(a) six months from the date of testing the quality of the seed if stored safely,
(b) In case of extending the period of seed quality, if it is found suitable from the seed test, then the period of sowing of such seed shall be up to six months.
