Rule 55C
Authority to provide insurance amount and period
: Rule 55b. After receiving the certificate of insurance and the insurance deed, the chief district officer shall provide the amount of insurance in accordance with this paragraph to the owner of the deceased within twenty-one days of the accident and in other cases within three months to the relevant person from the owner or manager of the vehicle.
