If the registrar deems it necessary, every institution or association may request information from the banks or other bodies dealing with transactions regarding the following matters:-

(a) Transaction related Any details,
(b) A copy of the account book of the organization or association with the bank or other body,
(c) checks made payable to the name of the institution or association or drawn by the institution or association,
(d) Payment of bills related to financial transactions etc.
