Section 39
Bank capital
(1) The capital of the bank will be five billion rupees. (2) The capital of the bank will be obtained from the Government of Nepal and this capital cannot be transferred or charged on it. In this way, the Nepalese government will take consultation with the bank while reducing the capital.
