If the assets or instruments handed over in accordance with Section 5 are foreign currency, exchangeable title deeds or precious metals or commodities, they shall be deposited in the Nepal Rastra Bank in case of the department and in the bank designated by the department in the case of the district administration office.
(2) If someone's account is frozen in connection with the investigation of the crime, the interest of the amount in that account and other amounts that will be deposited in that account shall be deposited in the account by the relevant financial institution.
