(1) An employee who works for half of the period he is required to work in a financial year may receive a bonus according to this Act.

(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1) the following period shall also be counted as the period during which the employee worked –

a) According to any acknowledgment or “according to section 15 of the Labor Act, 2074” The period of being on reserve according to section 11.

(B) The period of being on any type of paid leave,

(C) The period of being disabled due to an accident in the course of the work of the establishment.
