(1) The Board shall be a self-governing body corporate with uninterrupted succession (2) The Board shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its business operations.
(3) The Board may acquire, enjoy, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property as individuals.
(4) The Board may file a complaint in its own name as an individual and may also file a complaint against the Board in the same name.
