The work, duties and powers of the Board shall be as follows:-

(a) Determine and implement the policy of the Board subject to the examination policy approved by the Ministry,

(b) To prepare and implement long-term plan of the board,

(c) To evaluate whether the dignity and quality of school education examination has been maintained, to carry out,

(d) Approving the annual budget and program of the board,

(e) Gathering the necessary financial resources to run the work of the board smoothly,

(f) Submitting the periodical and annual report of the board to the ministry. ,

(G) To perform other actions as specified.
