(1) There shall be an office of the Investment Board to act as the Secretariat of the Board.
(2) The organizational structure of the office and the staff positions will be as approved by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The chief executive officer shall be the chief officer working full time in the office.
(4) If deemed necessary, the office may form a group of consultants or experts with the approval of the board.
