(1) The Board shall have a separate fund of its own (2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received by way of loans, grants or assistance from foreign governments, international associations or organizations,
(c) Amounts received for allowing the Service Provider to use the Service System,
(d) the amount received from the service provider for obtaining the permit,
(e) The amount paid by the consumer towards the tariff,
(f) Amount received from any other source.
(3) The entire expenses of the Board shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(4) The funds remaining in the fund of the board shall be deposited in any bank or financial institution within Nepal and the operation of such account shall be as prescribed.
