(1) The board will have its own separate fund. (2) The fund under sub-section (1) will contain the following funds:- (a) Grants and other funds received from the Government of Nepal, (b) Grants and assistance received from domestic, foreign or international associations, organizations or agencies. or loan, but the prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be taken before taking such grant, assistance or loan. Fees, (f) amount received by the board due to fine, (g) amount received from any other source. (3) According to sub-section (1), the entire amount received by the board shall be opened and deposited in a commercial bank in the state of Nepal. (4) From the side of the board All the expenses to be incurred will be covered from the funds accumulated in the fund as per sub-section (1). (5) When spending as per sub-section (4), it will be spent on the basis of the budget approved by the board for the income and expenditure for each financial year. (6) The operation of the fund of the board will be as prescribed. .
