(1) The Board shall have a separate fund.
(2) The funds of the Board shall consist of the following amounts:-
(a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Grants received from any foreign government or international organizations,
(c) Amounts received for providing research work or consulting services related to the dairy industry,
(d) Amount received from other sources.
(3) When taking subsidies from foreign governments or international organizations, prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained.
(4) All funds received by the Board shall be deposited in any bank account within Nepal ………….
(5) All expenses to be incurred by the Board shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
