(1) In order to review the fees charged by the person who has received the permit in accordance with this Act while conducting the project, the government of Nepal may establish a infrastructure structure service fee review board as specified with the representation of the person who has received the permit and also the consumer.
(2) The qualifications, appointments, facilities and procedures of the board to be formed according to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) According to sub-section (1), when the board reviews the fees, it will be done as prescribed on the basis of the actual expenses incurred by the permit holder for the implementation of the project and the return of reasonable compensation that can be obtained for the same.
(4) The rate of fees reviewed by the Board in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be applicable after approval by the Government of Nepal.
