(1) The chairman shall call the meeting of the board as required. Such a meeting will be held at least once a month. (2) The board meeting will be held on the date, time and place determined by the chairman. (3) The chairman will preside over the board meeting and in his absence, a member chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting. (4) At least two members will call the board meeting. If requested in writing, the chairman shall call a meeting of the board within seven days from the date of receiving such notice. (5) The secretary of the board shall provide the members with the notice of the board meeting along with the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting. (6) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present. A quorum will be considered for the meeting of the board. (7) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the board will be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote. (9) The decision made by the board shall be verified by the secretary of the board and made available to all members. (10) Other procedures related to the meeting of the board shall be as determined by the board itself.
