(1) The board may issue necessary orders or instructions to the licensed organization or the party related to the business to do or not do any work in accordance with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act, taking into account the status of the commodity exchange market and business and the interests of investors.
(2) If any director, officer or employee of the licensed organization violates this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act or the order or instructions issued by the Board thereunder, the relevant licensed organization may order the relevant licensee to take necessary action against such director, officer or employee. br> (3) Based on the inspection or supervision report submitted in accordance with section 32, the board may instruct the licensed organization or the party related to the business or the director or employee of the related organization to do or not do any work in accordance with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act.
