(1) Regardless of what is written in this Act, the Board may recommend to the Government of Nepal to provide additional financial facilities in addition to the facilities provided under the existing law.
(2) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, there will be no hindrance in using the facilities available under this Act for the specified period.
(3) If any licensee misuses the facility provided under this Act, the board may cancel such facility and levy an amount equal to such facility and 100% penalty on the amount.
(4) Before canceling the facility according to sub-section (2), the relevant licensee shall be given a reasonable opportunity to submit a clarification.
