(1) The securities registration organization, the securities market and brokers, market makers, securities traders, issuing and sales managers and other securities trading related organizations must keep the details, data or information related to the securities transactions and related to them. May prescribe format of forms.
(2) It shall be the duty of all concerned to transact securities in accordance with the format prescribed in accordance with sub-rule (1) and keep its records up-to-date.
