Section 39
<br> as the Board may prescribe conditions
While granting the license to operate the securities market, the board may prescribe necessary conditions keeping in mind the condition of the capital market, the healthy operation of the securities market and the interests of the investors. The duty of complying with such conditions shall be the relevant securities market. (2) The board may increase, decrease and modify the conditions specified under sub-section (1) taking into account the condition of the capital market, the healthy operation of the securities market and the interests of the investors.
