<br> as the Board may prescribe conditions
While granting the license to conduct securities business, the board may set necessary conditions keeping in mind the condition of the capital market, the healthy operation of securities business and the protection of the interests of investors. (3) Under the conditions specified in subsection (1), the board may make additions, reductions and manipulations as necessary, keeping in mind the condition of the capital market, the healthy operation of the securities business and the interests of investors.
