(1) Individuals, firms, companies or organizations who wish to purchase bonds shall submit the completed form to the bank within the date and time specified in the notice published in accordance with Rule 3.
(2) In the case of a person who submits the oral form according to sub-rule (1), the name and address of such person shall be mentioned and a copy of the certificate of citizenship with his signature and if it is a firm, company or organization, the name and address of the official person of such firm, company or organization shall be mentioned with his signature. A copy of the registration certificate of such firm, company or organization should be affixed with the stamp of the relevant firm, company or organization on the form.
(3) After receiving the speech form as per sub-rule (1), Baiddha shall keep a record in his register in such a way that the name, address and number of speech of the speech giver are clearly disclosed.
