Section 24
No action will be taken on the bid
No action will be taken on the bid that is not received in the following manner:-
(a) Unsealed,
(b) Failure to submit within the deadline,
(c) Bids withdrawn in accordance with section 19,
(d) Not in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 23,
(e) Bids submitted in agreement with each other as per section 26 sub-section (6),
(f) Bids canceled as per sub-section (7) of section 23.
(a) Unsealed,
(b) Failure to submit within the deadline,
(c) Bids withdrawn in accordance with section 19,
(d) Not in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 23,
(e) Bids submitted in agreement with each other as per section 26 sub-section (6),
(f) Bids canceled as per sub-section (7) of section 23.
