(1) If there is any ambiguity in any matter mentioned in the tender-related document or pre-qualification document, the public body shall submit the bid or pre-qualification if a bidder requests to clarify the same within the time period mentioned in such document. All the bidders should be informed about this before the deadline for submission of proposals.
(2) If the public body has made any changes in the information and documents related to the bid or documents related to pre-qualification as per sub-section (1), the information related to such changes shall be given to all the bidders participating in the procurement process to consider such changes when submitting the bid or preparing the proposal for pre-qualification. It should be given in such a way that time is available.
(3) If it is necessary to give more time to the bidder for the work as per sub-section (2), the public body may extend the deadline for submission of bid or pre-qualification proposal.
