Section 17
Last period for submission of bids or pre-qualification related proposals
When determining the last date and time for submission of bids or pre-qualification related proposals by the public body, it shall not fall within the period specified in sub-section (4), (4A) or (4B) of section 14 and such It should be determined so that the bidder gets enough time to prepare or submit the bid or proposal.
