Section 29D
Considered goods as per Customs Act

(1) For the purposes of this paragraph, currency and bearer negotiable instruments shall be considered as goods according to the prevailing law related to customs. (2) Other provisions related to the examination, search, seizure, seizure, appeal and action of currency and bearer negotiable instruments to be declared in accordance with this paragraph are related to customs.
