According to the law, in a case in which the government of Nepal is the plaintiff, according to the final decision of the court, if there is a custom that a non-governmental person should be filled or something else should be done, generally within seven days from the date of expiry of the deadline for filing an appeal in that case. In the case of such non-governmental persons, the deadline for requesting payment, payment of customs or any other matter shall be counted from the date of receipt of such notice in the case of non-governmental persons, after the first court understands that no appeal has been filed, and immediately if there is no appeal, and if there is an appeal, the final decision of the appeal will be filed with it.
