(1) In relation to whether a person, organization or government agency has constructed a building in accordance with the standards specified in the Building Code, the municipality in the case of the municipal area and the urban development office in the case of the rural municipality area may supervise.
(2) During the supervision according to sub-section (1), if the municipality or urban development office finds that the construction of a building is not in accordance with the standards specified in the Building Code, it may issue necessary instructions to the relevant person, organization or government agency constructing the building, and the relevant person, organization or government agency shall comply with such instructions.
