Section 9
The building code should be approved
(1) The committee should prepare the building code based on the building classification mentioned in Section 8 and submit it to the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Urban Development for approval.
(2) The building code submitted in accordance with sub-section (1) shall come into force after approval by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Urban Development.
