(1) The lessee may transfer the rights, interests or obligations of the leased goods under the hire purchase agreement and any other rights, interests or liabilities that he may acquire under such agreement with the consent of the owner of such goods.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the lessee shall give approval or disapproval within fifteen days of the written request of the lessee for the purpose of obtaining approval from the owner of the property to transfer his rights, interests or obligations to another person, and if the approval cannot be obtained within such period, he shall give approval. shall be deemed to have refused.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the lessee may apply to the court within thirty-five days to cancel such refusal, and if the court orders that such refusal is unreasonable, it shall be deemed that the consent has been obtained from the property owner.
(4) Nothing written in this section shall be deemed to prevent the transfer of the rights, interests or obligations of the lessee to another person by the operation of law.
