In accordance with rule 4, the necessary facilities and equipment will be collected from the development program of the additional school at the following rate: - (a) Regular rental rate At the same rate of specified facilities and means (b) In case the rate is not specified, the rate specified by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
(c) The said rent shall be charged as per Rule 4.
