Rule 45
Not to provide inside information
: Member of the securities board, director of an organized organization or any person involved in securities transactions shall not provide any information, information or news related to securities or securities transactions that have not been publicly published to anyone for the purpose of insider trading. But this rule is not considered to be violated for providing information, information or news that should be submitted or given in the course of their work.
