Section 65
Dishonor by refusing to pay
If the person who wrote the promissory note or the person who accepts the bill of exchange or the drawee of the check does not pay the amount to be paid, the said promissory note, bill of exchange or check shall be deemed to have been dishonored by refusing to pay.
