(1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette including the name and date of the relevant local level where the land use program will be conducted and such notice may also be published in other print and electronic media published at the national, provincial and local levels.
(2) Before publishing the notice according to sub-rule (1), the Government of Nepal may consult with the relevant local level regarding the operation of the land use program.
(3) After publication of the notification according to sub-rule (1), the concerned-local level shall conduct the land use program within its jurisdiction.
(4) The concerned local level shall conduct a public awareness program for the information of the general public regarding the land use program conducted within its jurisdiction.
