Rule 66B
Returning wrongly addressed goods (missing cargo) can be requested
If the owner or other related parties apply to take back the wrongly addressed goods by air, the head of the relevant customs office may allow the request to take back the goods after conducting the necessary investigation and deeming it appropriate. .
