Rule 46
Land Deed to be Submitted
- (1) If the land of the mineral area mentioned in the permit is owned by the Government of Nepal, the person who has received the permit shall submit the land deed as specified in Schedule-14 to the Government of Nepal.
(2) When a person who wants to get a permit for mining works, when applying for a permit, if the land of the area mentioned in the proposed plan of the mining work is privately owned, the written agreement between the applicant and the land owner stating the amount of the land restoration to be taken and the amount of the land restoration to be given. For the permit of mineral substances, it should be submitted to the district development committee and for the permit of other mineral substances, it should be submitted to the department. .
(3) The amount mentioned in the agreement made according to sub-rule (2) shall be paid by the person who has received the permit to the concerned land owner for land management.

(3) The amount mentioned in the agreement made according to sub-rule (2) shall be paid by the person who has received the permit to the concerned land owner for land management.
