Rule 23A
Provisions relating to land service centers
(1) The Ministry may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and make necessary arrangements to provide services related to land administration through the land information system (including online) from the designated district offices.
(2) For the purpose of sub-rule (1), the office may set up a land service center in its office.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (2), the person or organization that needs to provide services through the geographic information system may submit an application to the relevant office in the following format. Explanation: For the purpose of this paragraph, a person means a legal practitioner or an accounting practitioner.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), the local body that wants to provide services can submit an application to the relevant office in the format as per schedule-4.
(5) Upon examination of the application received according to sub-rules (3) and (4), if it is deemed necessary to issue a permit to the applicant, the office shall, under Rule 23C. He should be given a permit in the format as per schedule-5 after taking the required fee.
