Eligibility conditions

(1) A usufruct can be acquired over a property in the following cases:-
(a) As Owner,
(b) by acquiring property owned by another person in accordance with law,
(c) Consent to usufructuary.
(2) Only usufructs acquired in good faith, peacefully or openly shall be considered as legally acquired usufructs.
