Section 271
Right of usufructuary

(1) Any person subject to law shall have the following rights as usufructuary:-
(a) To enjoy the property in his possession without restriction, subject to the existing law or any agreement regarding such property,
(b) to enjoy any benefit derived from the property in his enjoyment.
(2) If someone enjoys a property that is not owned by him with good intentions, even if he does not have any usufruct rights in such property later, he may take the necessary expenses incurred in the management, maintenance or maintenance of such property with the consent of the relevant owner during the period of usufruct in such property, after asking the owner of such property.< br> (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the former usufructuary shall be entitled to retain such property until the expenses under such sub-section are paid.
(4) If a person attaches an object to such property while possessing property not owned by him in good faith, he may remove or remove the attached object so as not to damage such property.
