12A.1 If any organization wants to operate a plan related to physical development in the area where the city plan is implemented, the plan must be formulated and approved by the committee. 12A.2 After getting the plan approved by the committee according to sub-section 12A.1, the related organization shall conduct the plan related to physical development according to the conditions or standards set by the committee.
