Rule 7
Use of physical means

(1) If the commission has to use any land, building or physical means for conducting election work, to use such land, building or physical means, sub-section (1) or (2) of section 8 of the Act. (7) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (5), the commission shall not provide any funds for the repair or compensation of physical equipment that is broken, damaged or damaged before it is used by the commission for election work.
