Rule 34
<br> where the voter list can be viewed and duplicated
If a voter or candidate wants to see the voter list or take a copy of the voter list, the commission, district election office or the office designated by the commission may view the voter list or give a copy of the voter list without tearing, defacing or tampering with the voter list.
(2) According to this rule, no fee shall be charged if the candidate or the interested parties carry the copy of the voter's list by themselves.
