The following person whose name is included in the final electoral roll by the Commission for the purpose of voting at the following election shall be an elector for such election:
(a) Members of the Federal Parliament and Members of the Provincial Assemblies for the election of the President and Vice President,
(b) For the election of members of the House of Representatives and members of the Provincial Assembly, a person permanently residing in the rural municipality or municipal ward within the respective constituencies,
(c) for the election of members of the National Assembly, members of each provincial assembly, the head and deputy head of the municipal executive and the chairman and vice-chairman of the village executive,
(d) For the election of municipal executive chief and deputy chief, a person who has permanent residence in the ward within the respective municipality,
(e) For the election of village executive chairman and vice-chairman, a person with permanent residence in the ward within the respective rural municipality,
(f) For ward chairmen and ward members of municipalities and rural municipalities, a person with permanent residence in the respective ward,
(g) Members of the Municipal Assembly for the election of members of the municipality,
(h) Members of the Village Assembly for the election of the members of the Rural Municipality.
