Section 11
No item other than ballot paper should be dropped or kept
(1) No one shall drop or place any object other than the ballot paper in the ballot box.
(2) The polling officer may impose a fine of up to fifteen thousand rupees on a person who acts contrary to sub-section (1). However, if any item or substance that spoils or destroys the ballot paper is dropped or kept inside the ballot box, punishment will be given in accordance with Section 12.
