(1) After the completion of the voting, the polling officer shall close the opening of the ballot box in accordance with the method prescribed by the Commission, affix a security seal, and prepare a bond with the signature of the candidate, election representative or polling representative present at the polling station. (2) According to sub-rule (1). If the prepared bond is not stamped by the candidate, election representative or polling representative, two other persons present at the polling station must be duly stamped.
