Rule 29
Ballot box
(1) The Commission shall arrange the required number of ballot boxes in each polling station. (2) When the polling officer receives the ballot box, he shall check whether such ballot box is correct or not. The ballot box should be opened and checked to see if it is correct and empty. (4) After checking the ballot box according to sub-rule (3), the polling officer shall keep the hole for dropping the ballot in the empty ballot box, close the lid of the ballot box and put a security seal and stamp the candidate present at the polling station. The representative or polling representative shall prepare a bond by making a signature. (5) After closing the ballot box according to sub-rule (4), when the polling officer starts the voting process, the polling officer shall prepare a bond by making the signature of himself and the candidate, election representative or polling representative present at the polling station and any If the candidate, election representative or polling representative does not make the signature, the bond must be signed by two other persons present at the polling station.
